Fanfiction Contest: Operation resurrect Luc-museSo... I am openning a contest.
Fandom: Gensosuikoden
Pairing: Luc/Tir (don't care who's uke or seme or whatever you call it. surprise me)
Genre: Open. Preferably Shounen Ai or even implied. It can be yaoi... I guess...
Length requirement: More than 500 words please. I need a long read. The more writing/scenes and just detail in writing there is, the better chances of me probably liking it. This is why I'm issuing it after all. I need... my fandom to be saved from boredom.
Due Date: July 16, 2006 - 12am EST

Winner has choice of:
- 6 months paid Livejournal (if you manage to write me a tasteful yaoi of the pairing and actually make me fall in love with it, I'll even consider a one year subscription for you.), or
- 3 months DA subscription (same for this. make it a 6 month), or

For one thing, in Suikoden 1, Leknaat introduces Luc to Tir the second time as a "present" aside the stone tablet of promise. Aaaand generally, if you try to imagine Luc with anyone, they might end up dead.
Viki implies she tries to hang out with him, but I doubt that ever goes well seeing as Viki is a natural ditz. The greenhill mission also proves that Luc likes to pick on people when he can, so Nanami is out of the picture too.
He's a sarcastic individual over all.
I first got the whim for the fluff for him and Tir because, well, Luc and Ted share the same star, have the same personality. At first, I thought Tir would treat him like a little sibling seeing as Luc was so bratty from the first game. If you meet Tir the first time with Luc in your party, Luc actually speaks out too. There's just a lot of stuff here and there that makes me feel happy with those two together.
Too bad he's dead. But yeah. *shrug*

And it's not you guess it's okay... not to sound very forward, but you seem kinda rude about this... and I really don't appreciate that. >_>;
Personally, I've found more ways to make this fandom "canon". I do it for fun, so I mean no harm at it on people who'll be anal about the suikoden fandom. But I do tend to swerve away from those who can't keep an open mind and who won't be condescending to my preference when I don't attack other people's preference on crack pairings?
